Job Title Electronics Engineer In-Service Electrical - Submarines Position Summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Electronic Engineer to join our In Service Electrical Department at Rolls-Royce Submarines in Derby. The In-Service Electrical Department supports the Reactor Control and Instrumentation, Power Systems and Plant Sensors equipment across the UK.

• Reviewing and agreeing high level electrical requirements including their testability.
• Analysing and translating high level requirements into a validated design for the electrical component.
• Designing and implementing electrical designs to meet the high level requirements and design constraints/standards.
• Analysing electrical designs for functional behaviour, including modelling and simulation to demonstrate that the design meets the high level requirements.
• Participating and supporting capacity planning and the development of long-term strategic goals for the department, in conjunction with the department
  managers.
• Developing, implementing, documents, and maintains policies, procedures, associated guidelines, tools and training as required.
