Reablement Care Worker - Brandon and Crook
REABLEMENT CARE WORKER – JOIN OUR TEAM IN CO. DURHAM
Location:Crook / Willington / Dales / Durham DH7
Shifts:7am–2pm or 3pm–11pm you will be paid for the duration of the shift
Work Pattern:
Week 1:
Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
Week 2:
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Theirworkistypicallyshort-term,intensive,andgoal-focused,often lasting upto six weeks,thoughthedurationmayvarydependingontheperson’sprogress.
