Brandon, Suffolk I am working with a well-established and expanding industrial manufacturer that is looking to strengthen its engineering team with the addition of a Maintenance Engineer. The business promotes a supportive, team-focused culture and values people who are approachable, reliable, and take pride in their work. The role is suitable for Maintenance Engineers with either a mechanical or electrical background.

Rather than focusing solely on qualifications, the company is keen to find someone who is enthusiastic, practical, and ready to get involved in day-to-day operations while working closely with others. In this position, you will be responsible for the upkeep and continuous improvement of production machinery, helping to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. You will collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager and production teams in a busy manufacturing environment.

Essential requirements of Maintenance Engineer:
Multi-skilled engineer with a primary mechanical or electrical Recognised engineering qualifications or apprenticeship background Demonstrated experience in planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown support Confident fault-finding and diagnostic ability on production and process machinery, proactive approach with a genuine willingness to learn and contribute to the wider team The Maintenance Engineer will benefit from:
