Straight Forward Recruitment are currently recruiting Process Operatives to join a busy and professional team at a leading cosmetics manufacturer in Brandon.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established production environment and play an important role in manufacturing high-quality cosmetic products.

Shift Available

Nights:
Monday to Thursday, 18:00 – 06:00

Pay Rate

£13.50 per hour

The Role

As a Process Operative, you will be involved in the production of cosmetic products, following set recipes, procedures and quality standards to ensure every batch is manufactured safely and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Follow detailed manufacturing recipes and production procedures
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Monitor products throughout the manufacturing process
Identify and report any quality issues or deviations
Follow all health, safety and company procedures

Requirements

Previous experience in manufacturing, production or a process-based environment is desirable
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
Good reading, writing and basic numeracy skills
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Reliable, punctual and committed to your role
