General Operator

We are looking for reliable General Operatives to work within a busy concrete production and manufacturing environment in Brandon.

The role involves concrete production, heavy manual duties, general labouring and handling heavy materials. This is a physically demanding role, so candidates must be comfortable with heavy work and manual handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with concrete production and manufacturing processes
• Carrying out heavy manual handling and physically demanding duties
• General labouring within the production area
• Loading, unloading and moving heavy materials
• Handling concrete and other production materials
• Keeping the working area clean and organised
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Supporting the wider production team with general duties

About You

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Reliable and punctual
• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy manual work
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Able to lift and move heavy materials safely
• Happy to carry out general labouring and production duties
• A good team player with a positive attitude
• Able to follow instructions and health & safety procedures
• Previous production, manufacturing, concrete or labouring experience is beneficial but not essential
