Process Operative

Looking for a 4-day working week?

We are currently recruiting Process Operatives for an immediate start with a busy and growing cosmetic manufacturing company in Brandon, Suffolk.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for a hands-on production role, competitive weekly pay, and a fantastic four-day working week
, giving you every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.

• Handling and preparing raw materials
• Accurately measuring materials to meet production requirements
• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels
• Supporting the smooth and efficient running of the production process
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

Pay: £13.50 per hour Night Shift
Hours: Monday–Thursday
Night Shift: 18:00–06:00

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Previous experience in a process, production or manufacturing environment
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A reliable and punctual approach to work
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• The ability to follow procedures and safety requirements
