Quality Controller

We are recruiting a Quality Controller to join a well-established manufacturer in Brandon, Suffolk. This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, ideal for someone with previous quality or manufacturing experience who has a strong eye for detail and is confident working from technical drawings.

You'll be responsible for carrying out quality checks throughout the production process, ensuring products meet the required standards and specifications. You'll also support the production team with hands-on duties when required.

Quality Controller Duties:

Carrying out quality checks and inspections
Measuring components and checking against technical drawings
Identifying and reporting defects or quality issues
Recording quality information accurately
Supporting production when required
Following quality and Health & Safety procedures

Skills & Experience:

Previous quality or manufacturing experience
Confident reading technical drawings
Experience using measuring equipment
Computer literate
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Willing to support production when required

Pay &

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 16:00
Guaranteed 47.5-hour working week
£13.50+ p/hour depending on experience
Overtime available at enhanced rates
