DescriptionWe are looking for a highly professional, sales-oriented, and empathetic specialist to support the European Wax Center. This role is a blend of financial recovery, proactive retention, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate will have a refined communication style and the ability to handle sensitive financial conversations with grace and professionalism.
Requirements- Communication Excellence:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional tone. - Sales Background:
Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, specifically in overcoming objections and closing package renewals. - Empathy & Professionalism:
Ability to remain calm and empathetic when discussing failed payments or scheduling conflicts. - Detail-Oriented:
High level of accuracy in managing "Suspended Payment" lists and tracking client package usage. - BPO/Industry
Experience:
Previous experience in a BPO environment or the beauty/wellness industry is highly preferred.
- Appointment Management:
Proactively confirm upcoming appointments to minimize "no-shows" and same-day cancellations, ensuring the center’s schedule remains optimized. - Payment Recovery:
Reach out to clients regarding failed credit card transactions (Suspended Payments) to resolve billing issues and secure outstanding funds. - Package Retention & Sales:
Identify users with only one or two services remaining on their current package. Use a consultative sales approach to offer promotions and successfully upsell new service packages. - Empathic Communication:
Handle sensitive payment and scheduling discussions with empathy, ensuring the client feels valued while maintaining the center’s business interests. - Adaptive Support:
Manage ad hoc administrative or client-facing requirements as the campaign maturing and evolving.
