Our Relationship Specialist role is an entry‑level career opportunity that goes beyond a traditional bank teller. You will:

• Process cash transactions, open deposit, savings, and credit card accounts
• Discuss loan and retirement products and provide superior customer service
• Build meaningful relationships with members to discover their needs and provide expertise
• Learn the ins and outs of financial services and advance as you gain experience
• This is a Part Time position and will not exceed more than 25 hours a week*

Required Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment
• Basic math skills
• Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is required)
• Working knowledge of Windows‑based PC products

• Ability to see and hear, write and speak English & Spanish
• Ability to type repetitive keystrokes
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to occasionally move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pull) and lift up to a maximum of 25 pounds

• The position is in‑person at our retail stores. You’ll thrive in the energetic environment.
• Occasional travel between Grow locations is possible.
• Participation in Saturday coverage rotation with flexible availability required.
