As a 100% employee-owned firm , when we say we “own” our work, we mean it. We stand behind the quality of our designs, the integrity of our people, and the generations of client relationships we’ve formed based on trust, firm handshakes, and the belief that together — we can accomplish anything.

  • Drive internal innovation, participating on committees and contributing to ongoing improvements in MEP project management practices.
  • Lead multidisciplinary MEP project teams with autonomy, providing technical direction and ensuring collaboration across engineering disciplines.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for both clients and internal teams, fostering clear communication and strong working relationships from start to finish.
  • Oversee a variety of projects, from standalone MEP systems to complex, integrated designs within larger architectural or infrastructure developments.
Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering required, a master’s degree a plus
  • Degree emphasis on HVAC, electrical or plumbing design
  • 10+ years of previous consulting experience
  • PE license in Florida required
  • Prior plan production and project management experience required
  • Expert knowledge of technical project delivery in 1-2 disciplines with a focus on project management, high proficiency in ERP, and client communication
  • This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer. We will not provide sponsorship for this position.
