• Assist in the planning, design, and construction phases of engineering projects.
• Conduct field investigations, inspections, and construction observations under supervision.
• Perform engineering calculations, data analysis, and technical documentation to support project delivery.
• Prepare and review technical reports, design documents, and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with project teams and maintain communication with internal stakeholders.
• Utilize digital tools such as Microsoft Office, BIM, and modeling/analysis software.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits as part of professional development.

• Bachelor’s degree from an ABET‑accredited program in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Internship or co‑op experience at a consulting engineering firm preferred but not required.
• Foundational understanding of engineering principles and design practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CAD, BIM, and modeling software.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
• Desire to pursue Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification and eventual Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Competitive salary range of $62,000 to $100,185 per year based on experience.
