As the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you will play an essential role in safeguarding the health and well‑being of our residents and staff. This position presents an exciting opportunity to lead infection prevention and control initiatives while collaborating with our skilled nursing and healthcare teams. Your expertise will ensure compliance with health regulations, drive continuous improvements in safety practices, and contribute to maintaining a culture of high‑quality care.

• Lead the monitoring, assessment, and improvement of infection control practices throughout the facility.
• Develop and implement evidence‑based infection prevention policies and ensure staff adherence.
• Educate team members on the latest infection control standards and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate infection risks.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams on outbreak investigations and management.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest infection prevention guidelines and innovations in the field.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and serve on interdisciplinary committees.
• Maintain detailed records and reports related to infection control measures.

• Active RN license in Florida.
• Strong knowledge of infection control practices and regulatory standards.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail‑oriented, with a passion for upholding high standards of care and patient safety.
