Position: Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Submission of all documentation required by government funding sources for reimbursement.
  • Assist with month-end financials and administrative tasks associated with contract invoicing.
  • Manage accounts receivable and collection activities of the organization.
  • Manage incoming payments and timely post them into the HER to maintain accurate payment records.
  • Work with substance abuse outpatient clients, facilitating treatment plans, groups, and individual counseling sessions.

  • Skilled and thorough researcher with excellent communication and record-keeping skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with strong math and computer skills.
