• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License (Required)
• Experience in home health or outpatient settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Flexibility to work PRN hours as needed
