- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

- Active Florida Physical Therapist License (Required)
- Experience in home health or outpatient settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care
- Flexibility to work PRN hours as needed
