Non-Cert Medical Assistant PRN – Advent Health
Location:
401 Oakfield Dr, Brandon, FL 33511

PRN;
Shift: Day
Job type:
Part‑time (PRN)
- Organizes and reviews incoming test results and forwards them to the physician, tracking impending test results and following up with patients as needed.
- Recognizes and responds to emergencies. Performs tests and prepares specimens for outside lab testing as ordered by the physician.
- Maintains examination rooms and treatment areas, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
- Manages inventory of clinical supplies, bio‑hazardous waste, and sample medications, ensuring proper labeling, disposal, and sterilization of instruments.
- Prepares and assists patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- High School Graduate or equivalent (Required)
- Basic Life Support – CPR (BLS) Certification
- Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) – experience preferred
$16.14 – $25.83 per hour
