• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (On-site)
• Position Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire, Internal Corporate Recruiter (Not agency)
• Compensation: Competitive salary + quarterly bonus

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle—from job posting to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and build strategic sourcing plans
• Source candidates using Linked In Recruiter, Indeed Resume, job boards, referrals, and social media
• Review resumes, assess skills, and screen for cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews, deliver hiring insights, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Draft and negotiate offers in partnership with leadership and HR
• Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Candidate Requirements & Education:

Requirements:

• 3 – 7 + years of Corporate in-house recruiting experience
• Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and platforms.
• Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter with success in sourcing and attracting talent in various capacities & roles.
• Proactive, with a keen eye for market trends and a commitment to securing top talent quickly & effectively.
• Experience using ATS & platforms like Linked In Recruiter
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, or related field)
