As a Recruiter at LTVplus, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent across multiple regions. You will work closely with hiring managers, support global recruitment needs, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Your Mission Will Be To- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple roles across regions
- Source and build talent pipelines using effective global job boards and sourcing channels (Asia, Europe, Africa, and Latin America)
- Schedule and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate and schedule hiring manager interviews
- Initiate and manage the reference‑check process
- Schedule and facilitate assessments based on role requirements
- Maintain and regularly update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Keep candidates informed with timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and nurture an active talent pool
- Prepare and manage recruitment reports and hiring metrics
- Create compelling job ads and job descriptions to attract high‑quality candidates
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to ensure consistent quality hires
- Manage recruitment deadlines, KPIs, and team deliverables
- Minimum 3 years of experience in end‑to‑end recruitment
- Proven experience in global sourcing, preferably within shared services, BPO operations, IT and technology‑driven environments
- Strong exposure to recruiting across APAC, LATAM, and EMEA regions
- Willingness to work hybrid hours to support APAC and extend coverage into Eastern Europe business hours
- Solid understanding of technology and technical roles, particularly within the SaaS space
- Experience working with outsourcing companies
- Reliable internet connection and suitable work equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly flexible, organized, and deadline‑driven
- A reliable computer (i5 processor or better) and a stable high‑speed internet connection.
