** Responsibilities:*
* The Wireless Network Operations Center Lead is responsible for coordinating scheduling for the Wireless Network Operations Center group supporting Cellular Over the Horizon Enforcement Network (COTHEN) and Land Mobile Radio (LMR). Serve as the lead point of contact (POC) for government and customer technical assistance. Coordinate training for new contractors and provide documentation for reports from the ticketing system and databases.

* Qualifications:
*
* - At least 10+ years of experience in tactical communications, testing, troubleshooting, and design.
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
- Background investigation required.
- 3+ years in P25 infrastructure integration, installation, and maintenance.
** Overview:*
* Support a National law enforcement agency NOC providing network management, operations, and maintenance. The team handles about 4,000 tickets monthly, working 24/7 across three shifts.

* Location:
Orlando, FL. 100% onsite. Day shift, Monday-Friday. Less than 10% travel. U.S. Citizen required.
