• Servicing and retention of existing customers
• Application and back-end documentation on new sales
• Creating and developing communication for clients through marketing campaigns
• Retention of renewal policies

• Valid 4-40, 20-44, or 2-20 license
• Experience using QQ Catalyst, PL Rater and Quote Rush systems (preferred)
• 2+ years of industry experience
• Good communication skills
