Family Law Paralegal - FAMILY LAW EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
13057 W Linebaugh Ave, Tampa, FL 33626
We are Tampa Divorce (), a fast‑growing family law firm with 5 attorneys, 2 senior paralegals, 6 paralegals, and an office manager located in the Westchase community. We are seeking a mid‑level paralegal with at least 2+ years of family law experience.
This is an in‑person in‑office position; remote candidates will NOT be considered.

Responsibilities- Drafting motions, notices, agreements, and proposed orders
- Preparing hearing and trial binders
- Scheduling
- Providing support to attorneys, paralegals, and other administrative staff
- Organizing client‑provided documents and other materials
- Drafting pleadings, memos, and orders
- Gathering and sorting financial documents
- Drafting financial affidavits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, and Apple Mail
- Highly organized, able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment, and work effectively in a team‑oriented firm
- Excellent client‑relations skills and telephone etiquette
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Family Law: 2+ years
ScheduleMonday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (additional time as needed)
