We are looking for our next General Manager! If you are ready to rise like one of our bagels and grow your career, becoming a District Shift Leader is for you. District Shift Leaders participate in a targeted General Manager development plan to learn how to be a bagel boss. Once the development plan is complete, you will be next in line to take ownership of a bakery as a General Manager when a position is available.

• Perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Travel to gain further independence and learn from additional leaders in the area.
• Lead by example, act as a brand ambassador, and provide ongoing coaching and training for the teams.
• Ensure high‑quality food and beverages for our guests and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Learn restaurant administrative duties such as inventory tracking, vendor orders, cash management, P&L analysis, and scheduling.
• Recruit quality team members and achieve food cost and labor targets.
• Shift begins as early as 3am for the first bake and store opening duties.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days, starting as early as 3am.
• Must be able to pass background check and possess a current, valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands Serv Safe Certification program by the end of the GM development plan, if a valid certification is not already in possession.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire.
