Join LTVplus as a Social Media Affiliate Agent for a Consumer Goods Company. This remote role focuses on recruiting and managing Tik Tok influencers to drive affiliate sales.

• 1‑2 years of experience
• Knowledge of Tik Tok and Tik Tok Shop
• Experience with influencer marketing or customer service
• Strong English communication skills
• Familiarity with Google Sheets
• Ability to use Tik Tok Creator Marketplace, Fast Moss or Kalodata

• Find, recruit, and manage influencers for affiliate programs
• Handle all aspects from initial DMs to sample coordination
• Track sales and optimize campaigns for revenue growth
• Negotiate commission rates and manage contracts
• Coordinate product seeding and sample logistics
• Manage affiliate databases, rosters, and tracking sheets
• Onboard new affiliates, provide guidelines, and coach them
• Act as primary point of contact and align creator content with marketing goals
