Romet Healthcare Services is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse in Brandon, FL. As a Registered Nurse with us, you will make a real difference in patients’ lives and be part of a supportive, collaborative team.
Responsibilities- Provide and coordinate patient care, perform assessments, and offer advice and emotional support to patients and families.
- Perform the initial home care patient visit and re‑evaluate needs and progress on a regular basis.
- Perform onsite supervisory visits over LVNs, CNAs, and HHAs.
- Perform admission, transfer, re‑certification, resumption of care, and discharge assessment for home‑care patients.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and record symptoms and medical information.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and manage patient care plans.
- Notify physicians and other personnel (DON, PT, Case Manager) of changes in patient condition.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain accurate medical records.
- Valid RN license and BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and demonstrate empathy and compassion toward patients.
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
