DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide life‑saving care in a hospital setting, treating patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. You will deliver compassionate care and be part of a dedicated team.
Some details about this position:- Dialysis experience is required.
- Training may occur in a facility other than your assigned home facility.
- Potential to float to various facilities during and after training.
- Must have a flexible schedule and work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Provide specialty nephrology care within ICU, CCU, ED, and other inpatient settings.
- Deliver dialysis (Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, CRRT, Apheresis) to patients.
- Oversee a patient group with PCT support for observations, measurements, and machine set‑up.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment, applying a broad range of nursing skills.
- Provide care on scheduled and on‑call shifts with a varied weekly schedule.
- Act as a central team member in a small interdisciplinary clinical team.
- Maintain DA‑Vita’s Joint Commission Accredited Inpatient Dialysis Program standards.

- Paid nursing training.
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school, BSN, or three‑year diploma from an accredited program.
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med‑Surg.
- Successful completion of a pre‑employment color‑blind test (accommodation available).
Full vaccination against COVID‑19 is required by hospitals in this program.
