Locations: East/South Hillsborough County (Brandon, Riverview, Valrico, Seffner, Bloomingdale, Apollo Beach, Lithia, and surrounding areas)

Schedule: PRN role offering 10+ visits per week. Required weekend/holiday on-call rotations. Potential for full-time in the future if desired!

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including OASIS assessments at required intervals
• Develop, initiate, and revise individualized plans of care as patient needs evolve
• Deliver skilled nursing services and treatments as outlined in the plan of care
• Counsel and educate patients and families on disease processes, self‑care techniques, and prevention strategies
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless, holistic care

• Graduate of an approved nursing program with an active Florida RN license
• Preference for BSN or MSN degree
• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience; prior home health RN experience strongly preferred
• Preference for experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient education skills
• Willingness to participate in weekend and holiday on‑call rotations
