RN/LPN Evening Supervisor

Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN/LPN Supervisor to join our evening leadership team. This role is essential in overseeing nursing operations, supporting staff, and ensuring high-quality resident care in a professional, collaborative environment.

Facility: Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation Center
Location: Brandon, Florida
Schedule: Full‑time – 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
Compensation:

• RN:
  Up to $83,000 annually (based on experience)
• LPN:
  Up to $71,000 annually (based on experience)

• Partner with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee daily nursing operations.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and facility policies.
• Supervise nursing staff, ensuring adherence to job responsibilities and the highest standards of patient care.
• Assist with facility surveys and maintain continuous survey readiness.
• Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and clinical quality.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff, promoting best practices and teamwork.

• Current, valid RN or LPN license in the State of Florida.
• Minimum 2 years of long‑term care nursing experience; supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
