Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation Center, Brandon, FL

Salary: Up to $33

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Monitor and assess residents' health status, ensuring prompt response to any changes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and update individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient records
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and their families

Requirements:

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
