A well-established, multi-doctor veterinary practice in the Brandon area is seeking a Lead Veterinarian to guide its medical team and uphold the highest standards of patient care. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced veterinarian ready to step into leadership or for a doctor eager to grow into a medical management role with strong mentorship support.

Key Responsibilities- Provide medical guidance and oversight to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on professional growth
- Mentor associate veterinarians and technical staff to support their development
- Partner with practice management to maintain medical and operational excellence
- Manage a diverse caseload and deliver exceptional client service
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary college (or equivalent)
- Active veterinary license in good standing (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Dedication to mentorship, collaboration, and continuous improvement
