Fetch Specialty & Emergency Veterinary Centers is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Referral Coordinator to join our Guest Services team in Brandon, Florida.

Right now, we're looking for a Referral Coordinator to help us strengthen those connections and ensure an outstanding experience for both our guests and our referring partners.

What

You'll Do

The Referral Coordinator combines exceptional guest service, a concierge-like approach, and detailed organizational skills to enhance the experience of our referring community. The Coordinator ensures a seamless referral process, providing personalized support to veterinarians, guests, and their beloved pets.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for referring veterinarians and their teams
  • Provide concierge service to our guests and their pets.
  • Direct cases to the appropriate Fetch service and ensure smooth communication
  • Field questions about our rVetLink portal and help troubleshoot as needed
  • Audit medical records to ensure thorough documentation and timely clinical summaries
  • Review outside prescription requests and process insurance claims
  • Look for opportunities to improve the referral experience and propose new ideas
Ideal Candidate
  • Associate's degree or higher in Animal Science, Medical Technology, Communications-or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years in animal health (referral setting preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Compassionate, flexible, and highly customer-oriented mindset
  • Organized, collaborative, and comfortable problem-solving
