Veterinary Referral Coordinator

Fetch Specialty & Emergency Veterinary Centers is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Referral Coordinator to join our Guest Services team in Brandon, Florida. Fetch Specialty & Emergency Veterinary Centers is a family-owned network of hospitals dedicated to world‑class veterinary medicine and hometown care. Right now, we’re looking for a Referral Coordinator to help us strengthen those connections and ensure an outstanding experience for both our guests and our referring partners.

• Serve as the main point of contact for referring veterinarians and their teams
• Provide concierge service to our guests and their pets
• Direct cases to the appropriate Fetch service and ensure smooth communication
• Field questions about our rVetLink portal and help troubleshoot as needed
• Audit medical records to ensure thorough documentation and timely clinical summaries
• Review outside prescription requests and process insurance claims
• Look for opportunities to improve the referral experience and propose new ideas

• Associate’s degree or higher in Animal Science, Medical Technology, Communications—or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in animal health (referral setting preferred)
• Strong knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Compassionate, flexible, and highly customer-oriented mindset
• Organized, collaborative, and comfortable problem-solving
