• No Mondays or Nights. EVER! Himes values home/work life balance. We operate from Tuesday to Sunday, 7 AM to 2 PM, ensuring that you have evenings free to recharge.
• Weekly Pay, Performance Incentives & Profit Sharing Himes values hard work and dedication, and we believe in sharing success with our team. Operating Partners start with a competitive base salary of $1,000 per week, along with monthly performance-based bonuses and profit-sharing opportunities. When your restaurant achieves its goals and performs at a high level, annual compensation will exceed $80,000. Plus, as you contribute to the growth of the business, your total compensation will grow as well!
