Responsibilities
Prep Cooks are responsible for cooking and preparing a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads, and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep List.
Minimum Qualifications (with or without accommodation)
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification, as required by state lawAble to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 poundsGood hearing for safety and accurate communicationMust be able to read, write, and speak in EnglishMust have reliable transportationPrep Cooks are Responsible for:
Ensuring our guests have an unbeatable experience with the highest quality preparation and presentation of our food products with the utmost recipe adherenceSupporting the success of the Heart of House by ensuring menu items are stocked and prepped according to food safety and recipe standardsMaintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout all food preparation areasBeing aware of and abiding by all food safety practicesUnique Benefits
