Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, they provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. As part of the store leadership team, the Key Lead drives store performance on the floor through excellent customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Qualifications
  • Education – High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (preferred)
  • Retail Experience – At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
  • Supervisor/Managerial Experience – No supervisory or managerial experience required
