. This role focuses on merchandising and can include sales, front‐end, or other duties as needed. Internally you will be referred to as Merchandiser and you will report to the store management team. Part‑time and full‑time positions are available, and seasonal roles may last no longer than six months with the option to apply for non‑seasonal positions.
$14.05/hr - $19.66/hr
All store team members play an essential role in building our company brand by delivering excellent customer service, maximizing product inventory, and supporting online business operations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities- Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in‑store and curbside pick‑up and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned.
- Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
- Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
- Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
- Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
- Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws if delivery is an essential job function.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- 1‑3 years of experience, with 1+ year(s) in a retail setting preferred.
- Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8–10 hours a day.
- Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly.
- May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday.
