Assistant Manager (05011) – 1903 W Brandon Blvd

Job Description:

Great job for high energy team builders! You will assist the General Manager in coordinating and taking ownership of tasks and assignments given to your team. Responsibilities include day‑to‑day operations, cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You will help develop more managers by setting the example and mentoring your team. Adhere to policies and procedures and expect the same from your crew.

Actively encourage current team members and recruit great new people.

Salary & Benefits:

Pay: $14–$17 per hour (weekly) with bonus eligibility. Benefits include medical, dental, and paid vacation (subject to eligibility requirements).

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations and manage tasks and assignments for the team.
  • Control costs, inventory, and cash.
  • Maintain customer relations and provide excellent service.
  • Mentor and develop team members, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Recruit new team members and encourage team engagement.
  • Oversee staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, professional appearance, and store cleanliness.
  • Promote 100% Domino’s image standards and manage effective service recovery.
  • Ensure punctuality and dependable transportation to/from work.
  • Support marketing and general store duties.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of all operational tasks and ability to train others.
  • Operate all equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery to storage and work area.
  • Prepare products correctly at an advanced pace.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Perform daily cleaning of store and equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and telephone).
  • Ability to give correct written instructions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and co‑workers.

Essential Functions/

Skills:

  • Perform accurate and quick basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Make correct monetary change.
  • Use verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Possess motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements.
  • Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
