Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards procedures and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, and ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Completes work assignments using policies and data, collaborates with managers, coworkers and partners, communicates progress, and recommends improvement opportunities. Provides Member service by identifying needs, assisting purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Company products.

Complies with company policies, procedures, ethics and integrity, and applies the Open Door Policy in all business processes.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
