Do you like working with your hands and staying active? The Seasonal Operations Associate role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. This is an early morning position; you will work with the task team to perform functions prior to store opening. As a seasonal hire you will have a defined employment time period, but you may be offered an employment extension or regular position based on your work ethic and availability.

• Customer Service — You are maneuvering around the store at a fast pace, assisting customers with questions or requests.
• Executes pricing and signing — You can change ticket prices and signage on merchandise across the store.
• Replenish and restock — You understand customer needs and assist sales floor peers by pulling and preparing merchandise to ensure all styles and sizes are available.
• Receive and unload merchandise — You work with co-workers to unload a truck and prepare merchandise in the backroom.
• Backroom standards — You keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• Online order pickup — You may be responsible for finding and fulfilling orders placed online.
• Merchandise strategy — You execute the plans communicated by leadership on merchandise placement, maintaining merchandising standards to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Participates in a learning environment — You absorb new information from peers or training materials.
