Responsibilities

Provide outstanding service experience for every customer, maintaining a welcoming presence at the front desk.

Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols, and assist with credit applications and financing.

Address customer concerns independently whenever possible.

Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and daily checklists.

Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures, participating in bi‑annual inventory checks.

Meet and exceed sales goals, aligning to KPI’s and performance standards.

Complete any additional tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
At least 18 years old.
Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
1 year of customer service and/or sales experience (preferred).
Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic about interacting with others.
Able to convey information in a motivating way that prompts action.
Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Reliable attendance.
