We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the mattress industry for 35+ years, USA family‑owned and operated.

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4–5‑day work week offers opportunities to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages is a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low‑pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through sleep solutions.
• Experience with state‑of‑the‑art technology (tablets, mobile POS, and our exclusive bed Match system).
• Winning team‑oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
