Job Description

J.B. Solutions of Florida, Inc, a leader in customer relationship management in sunny Florida, is currently looking for an energetic and dedicated Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for those who wish to develop a career in the client service industry. As a vital member of our sales support team, you will be the initial point of contact to set the right tone for client relationships.

This full-time position is not remote and will require on-site engagement at our new offices in Brandon, Florida.

The right candidate will be adept at forging strong relationships through effective communication skills, ultimately driving our sales objectives and contributing to our ongoing success in client acquisition and service. If you are driven by goals, excel in scheduled-based tasks, and flourish in direct client interaction scenarios, this role is perfect for you.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Setting and scheduling appointments for sales representatives, ensuring a seamless coordination of client interactions.
  • Actively communicating with potential clients to initialize potential sales opportunities and record their interest level and requirements.
  • Assisting customers with paperwork related to the account setups and initial service configurations.
  • Tracking the daily progress of the sales team and preparing status reports for senior management to review.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation processes and tailor customer interaction strategies.
  • Managing administrative tasks that assist in the smoother execution of sales processes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in Business or Communications is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively relate to clients and team members.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic individual with a professional demeanor and resilient attitude.
  • Self-Motivating with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Likes to have fun and laugh, bringing a light-hearted yet focused atmosphere to our work environment.
  • EXTREMELY positive attitude and a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple appointments and administrative tasks seamlessly.
  • Availability to work onsite and within the standard hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays. Willingness to work occasional weekends based on company needs.
