PositionSales Customer Support Specialist – CSO @ TeleVoIPs | Driving Sales Growth with UCAAS Expertise
Responsibilities- Compiling daily lists of leads and delegating them to the sales manager
- Handling all administrative duties for the sales department, including scheduling client conferences and meetings
- Providing assistance to management and executives as needed
- Performing data entry duties related to metrics, sales figures, and other key data
- Creating and processing sales in a timely manner
- Reporting unusual activity to supervisors
- Expediting rush orders and updating sales orders and shipping information as required
- Attending professional business networking meetings on behalf of TeleVoIPs
- Maintain, develop and expand relationships with existing and potential accounts
- Assist with inside sales add-on quotes and follow up
- Assist Implementation team via sales process
- Identify potential prospects by qualifying accounts and following up on leads from marketing activities
- Schedule and set appointments and meet targets
- Build rapport with potential accounts; explain product and service capabilities; overcome objections
- Utilize Hub Spot daily to manage the funnel of identified and proposed opportunities
- 1-2 years of experience in account management / inside sales / call center / telemarketing preferred but not required
- Take inbound calls from clients and prospects
- Call clients and prospects as needed
- Knowledge of business organizational structures
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Ability to suggestive sell
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Essential Job Functions:
manage new and existing customers and maintain relationships
- Ability to self-manage and work independently, as well as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent (required);
Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required) - A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Valid insurance with public liability and property damage insurance
- Proficient in Hub Spot, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams
- Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office suite
- Upbeat, positive, and professional demeanor
- Enjoys meeting and speaking with new individuals
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Lifelong learner who is committed to improving knowledge
- Strong professionalism in appearance and presentation
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Base pay $35,000 – $40,000 / year based on experience
