Pro Fast Supply opened its doors in 1999. We have been distributing construction supplies to contractors in Florida and the Carolinas for over 20 years. We carry an array of quality fasteners, tools, and equipment to make your job efficient and done correctly. We have an expansive catalog of products in all categories, from power and pneumatic tools to fasteners from industry‑leading brands and as part of our award‑winning service and commitment to our customers, we deliver fasteners and tools directly to the jobsite for our customers.

Pro Fast Supply is now looking for driven and dedicated new team members to expand the team and help us service our customers’ needs.

• Greeting customers and helping them find the right product for their job
• Answering the phone and helping with customer phone inquiries
• Writing up orders and processing payments
• Expediting special orders and backorders
• Assisting with the daily operations and upkeep of the business (counter, showroom, warehouse)
• Restocking the showroom when new merchandise arrives
• Resetting, cleaning, and general maintenance of the showroom displays (pricing, display tool assembly, etc.)
• Assisting with warehouse duties as needed (performing deliveries, loading/unloading trucks, etc.)
• Promoting Pro Fast Brand of excellent customer service via always presenting yourself in a professional manner

• Mechanical aptitude preferred
• Previous experience in customer-facing role
• Basic computer skills
• Communication Skills
• Problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize

This role works in an office environment with some time spent in a warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.

The employee may be required to lift up to 50 pounds independently. While in a warehouse setting, the employee may be exposed to the outdoor weather temperature and loud noise.
