Teph Seal Auto Appearance, a privately‑held company operating detail/reconditioning centers across the United States, is looking for a team player who delivers exemplary customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

• Wash the exterior of vehicles using various cleaning solutions.
• Wax and buff vehicles using cloths and buffing machines.
• Vacuum the interior of automobiles to remove dirt and debris.
• Clean upholstery and surfaces, dry using air compressors or cloths.
• Apply preservation chemicals to protect against spots and stains.
• Clean and remove grease from engines or engine compartments.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management as needed.

• Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and movement in and out of vehicles.
• Employment may include outdoor work and variable climate conditions.
• Worker will handle multiple vehicles daily.
• Use of safe and OSHA‑approved waxes and cleaners.
• Frequent flexing of spine, hands, wrists, and fingers.
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Clear vision and hearing required.
• Ability to identify and correct small imperfections.
• Ability to quality‑inspect own work and that of teammates.
• Work with a sense of urgency in line with customer expectations.
• Strict adherence to uniform and grooming standards.

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Quick learner and self‑motivated.
• Team‑orientated and cooperative.
• Strong reading and comprehension skills.
• Dedication to care for customer vehicles with respect.
• Reliable and punctual, staying on task while on duty.
• Comfortable driving both automatic and manual vehicles.
• Available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed.
• Committed to punctuality and task focus during shifts.

Flat rate compensation.
