ResponsibilitiesSupervisory–level Dietitian accountable for the delivery of a nutrition program and the supervision of medical nutrition therapy. Plans, directs, and evaluates the food service program and/or provides medical nutrition therapy within a facility, or assists in such activities. Participates as a member of a multidisciplinary team providing patient care. Employee supervision includes hire recommendations; training; work planning, assignments, and review; and performance assessment, coaching, and progressive discipline.
