What You'll Do as General ManagerLead and inspire a team of talented tanning consultants, fostering a culture of accountability, enthusiasm, and outstanding performance.
Own the business: Oversee all daily salon operations to ensure a smooth, safe, and polished experience for clients and staff.
Drive sales success: Use your sales expertise, marketing instincts, and community engagement skills to meet-and exceed-revenue goals.
Deliver luxury service: Uphold and elevate Palm Beach Tan's customer service standards, ensuring clients feel valued and leave glowing every time.
Optimize operations: Manage inventory, monitor equipment, and quickly resolve issues to keep the salon running at peak performance.
Proven leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-focused environments
A strong sales mindset with a track record of meeting targets and engaging customers
A naturally energetic, positive, and people-centered approach to leadership
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
$50,000–$55,000 annual starting pay (base + bonus + commission)
