As an LPN, you will work 1:1 with one client during your shift, supporting them with:

• Adhering to the outlined care plan
• Documenting tasks, observations, and evaluating outcomes
• Ensuring quality care by creating, implementing, monitoring, and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures
• Receiving clinical direction and oversight from the staff RN
• Assisting with other duties as needed

• Current Mississippi (or Compact State) LPN license
• One (1) or more years of nursing experience, preferably in the personal care home industry
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
