A typical day for a Registered Nurse includes:

• Ensuring delivery of high-quality care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Providing medically prescribed services including ventilator and tracheotomy care, g-tube feedings, medication administration, and first aid care.
• Supervising LPNS and caregivers.
• Coordinating care with medical providers.
• Ensuring compliance with care plans and guidelines.
• Supporting our mission to promote independence and meaningful lives.
• Training and developing staff.
• Supporting branch operations as needed.

Qualifications include:

• Reliable transportation across 2-3 counties.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and DDID Medication Administration training.
• Current Nursing License.
• Compliance with state background screening requirements.
