• Configure and run CNC equipment to manufacture parts that align with precise design requirements.
• Analyze and translate technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files into finished products.
• Execute regular equipment upkeep to help maximize machine longevity and uptime.
• Oversee manufacturing cycles, performing necessary tweaks to ensure consistent output quality.
• Verify the integrity of completed components to help maintain our high standards for quality assurance.
• Work alongside colleagues to refine production workflows and boost overall operational efficiency.
• Keep the workspace tidy and orderly to help foster a secure and safe environment for all staff.

• Completion of high school or equivalent; a technical machining certification or degree is a plus.
• Demonstrated background working as a CNC Machinist or in a comparable capacity.
• Skilled at deciphering and utilizing technical blueprints and documentation.
• Solid grasp of CNC operational procedures and programming logic.
• Capable of utilizing precision measurement instrumentation and related gear.
• Sharp eye for detail combined with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective interpersonal skills and the capacity to thrive within a collaborative team setting.
