Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Branford, CT. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day administrative tasks, verifying and updating client demographics information with third‑party carriers, answering and directing phone calls with professionalism, maintaining organizational and clerical systems, supporting executive staff with administrative needs, and ensuring smooth office operations through effective communication and documentation. This role requires a detail‑oriented and organized individual who thrives in a collaborative office environment.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage daily office tasks and maintain organization
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to professionally handle incoming calls and correspondence
  • Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance to support senior staff effectively
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency with office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Prior experience in healthcare administration is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s degree or higher is a plus. 3 years experience is required.
