Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM–5:00 PM | No Weekends
Pay Rate: A-Level: $40–$45 per flagged hour | B-Level: $30–$35 per flagged hour
Pay Type: Flat Rate

Eurosense Automotive is seeking an experienced European Automotive Technician to join its team in Branford, CT. The shop specializes in Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, Porsche, Volkswagen, and other European vehicles, backed by more than 20 years of European automotive expertise. Technicians earn $30–$45 per flagged hour based on level and work Monday–Friday with no weekends. The 14-bay, 14-lift facility combines advanced diagnostics, modern technology, ongoing training, and dealership-level expertise with an independent-shop environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and general mechanical repairs on European vehicles.
  • Complete suspension and steering repairs, wheel alignments, tire service, and related repairs.
  • Properly operate alignment equipment and other equipment required for assigned work.
  • Identify needed parts and communicate repair needs with the service team.
  • Document inspections, repair findings, and completed work using digital systems and DVI processes.
  • Complete assigned work efficiently and accurately while maintaining strong billed-hour production.
  • Maintain high standards for workmanship, professionalism, accountability, and communication.
  • Work collaboratively with Service Advisors and technicians to support an efficient shop workflow.
Qualifications
  • Professional automotive repair experience with European vehicles is required.
  • Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience for A-Level consideration or 2–3+ years for B-Level consideration.
  • Experience with general mechanical repair, suspension, steering, alignments, tires, and maintenance.
  • Alignment and tire service experience.
  • Comfortable working efficiently in a flat-rate environment and toward established production goals.
  • Comfortable using digital technology for inspections and repair documentation.
  • Diagnostic experience and previous DVI experience are preferred; DVI process training is available.
Compensation & Benefits
  • A-Level flat rate: $40–$45 per flagged hour.
  • B-Level flat rate: $30–$35 per flagged hour.
